Established in 2005, Lemmon Tree Management, LLC is full service Management Company specializing in serving owners associations with a proactive method of administration.

 Mary Hardin started the company with the vision of providing Association Management that would foster a partnership with each organization based on their needs and goals, not a pre-determined model.
  
Lemmon Tree and its affiliates can provide all the daily operational functions needed to efficiently run the business of your Association. Additionally, we believe in working with you through education and open communication to build confidence and provide peace of mind to all involved.

  • HOA/COA Management

    Welcome to something different!  


    Lemmon Tree Management is a small association management company with a hands-on and highly proactive approach.  We believe the Association is a team—owners, board members, management, and vendors—working together with the shared goal of protecting and enhancing your property and its value.  We lead the team with open communication, planning, and education to build a sense of inclusion and confidence.

  • Services for Associations

    Lemmon Tree Management and its affiliates can provide all services necessary to successfully run the day to day operations of your Association and beyond.


    • Financial and Bookkeeping Services – budget management, receivables and payables, monthly reconciliation and reporting, assist with tax returns and obligations, trends and long-term planning.
    • Administrative - provide structure and point of contact for your association.  Board and membership meetings, record keeping to include owner info, maintenance history, and violations, along with contract management.
    • Facilities – supervise the current contracted services for amenities, grounds, and routine maintenance services.  Facilitate the process for repairs and improvements to the property as needed.  Regularly review all contracts and assist with a reserve study as needed.

  • Attorneys/ Realtors/Lenders
    • Please contact Mary Hardin at mhardin@lemmontreenc.com for any documentation requests.
    • Closing Attorneys – please provide names and contact numbers for the buyer and seller, property address, and closing date.  We will provide you with the HOA information including the dues account status and payment instructions.
    • Realtors – We are happy to be the liaison between you and your client, and the association to answer any questions and assist with closing. Email for more information.
    • Lenders – Email questions and requests for insurance documents or verification of dues statements to the address above.

    We believe in taking the pressure off of the Board of Directors.  You are volunteer advisors and fiduciaries. Through discussion, planning, and thoughtful implementation, we turn your visions and goals into reality.  At Lemmon Tree Management, we believe most issues and decisions are NOT subjective and that there are governing documents, resolutions, and laws to guide the team’s decisions.  We can help provide you with the information needed to make confident decisions and assist with presentations to the owners.
